Job summary

One Medical is hiring for a full-time role in Washington, DC, based in Adams Morgan. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care, providing in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.

You will also collaborate with in-person and virtual teams and may supervise NP/PA colleagues as you expand care delivery. The position requires residency in Internal or Family Medicine, DC licensure, and board certification or eligibility, with ongoing opportunities to

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
  • State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs: acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct occasional tele-health visits.
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilize clinical training; opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues; support credentialing for virtual care in other states.
