Montefiore Medical Center / Albert Einstein College of Medicine on Moses Campus in the Bronx invites applications for a full-time Research Associate for the CODA project (Culturally Optimizing DBT for Adolescents). The role supports a grant-driven effort to adapt DBT‑A with cultural humility and antiracism, aiming to engage BIPOC youth and families.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in a similar role, with a preference for Spanish-speaking or BIPOC candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong interest in cultural humility, antiracism, and intersectionality principles.
• Spanish-speaking and/or members of the BIPOC community are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on a grant project to optimize DBT‑A with cultural humility and antiracism.
• Support engagement from families and communities in the DBT‑A program.
• Assist in research activities related to the CODA project and program evaluation.
