Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales or related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborate with store/district personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Monitor pricing guidelines and reconcile competitive pricing issues.
• Identify voids and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to achieve shelf compliance and rotate stock.
• Develop relationships with store-level personnel to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights from retail to management.
