One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Englewood, Ohio is seeking an experienced residential HVAC technician. This role offers a $5,000 signing bonus and an hourly base of $25–$50 plus commissions.

Average W2 earnings are $80K to $150K per year, reflecting base pay plus a structured commission program. You will service and maintain residential HVAC equipment, work with a professional dispatch team, and enjoy paid training, company benefits, and flexible scheduling.
