Strategic Resilience Group in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing support in a primary care setting. You will obtain patient history, assist in care planning, and document care while reporting changes to the RN or physician.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient response to medications, assisting in emergencies, reviewing labs, and supporting discharge planning within a team-based care model.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR certification from an American Heart Association vendor.
• Minimum one year of direct patient care experience within the last three years.
• VA experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA credentialing and clearance requirements.
