Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong MBSE experience to support DoD programs in an embedded customer environment. You will contribute to requirements development, architecture, integration, test, and major technical reviews while promoting open architecture standards across mission systems. On-site in Dayton, OH.

The role requires MBSE proficiency, SysML, and experience with OMS/UCI-like standards; active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP experience are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD acquisition programs and major technical reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required, SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, trace system and software requirements across the lifecycle.
• Maintain system architectures and MBSE models.
• Support open architecture standards (OMS, UCI) for mission systems.
• Contribute to autonomy and mission-system architecture efforts (A-GRA/AMS-GRA).
• Perform verification, compliance assessments, and technical analysis.
• Support Software T&E including planning and test execution.
• Collaborate with government customers and cross-functional teams.
• Support major SE technical reviews and program milestones.
