Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Dayton, Ohio. The role pays $21.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will help keep projects on track and support daily operations in a professional office.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of data entry or clerical experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years data entry/clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain quality and production data.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Update QA records, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Track inspection and production information.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper records.
• Assist the Quality team with general administrative and data entry needs.
