The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license. EPA 608 certification is required, and you will contribute to safety and code-compliant installations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Clean and valid driver’s license (required).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, ventilation units, boilers).
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing.
• Install commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls in accordance with code and specifications.
• Complete service tickets, work orders, and documentation accurately.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers and the office.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow OSHA requirements.
