Unified Talent Group is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Dayton, OH area to support the U.S. finance team with accurate reporting, analysis, and operational support.

Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborating with operations, sales, purchasing, and leadership. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support month-end close and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare sales, gross margin, and operating reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting for local leadership and global finance.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Assist with cash flow reporting and working capital analysis.
• Ensure internal controls compliance and support internal audits.
