Job summary

Swig is hiring daytime Team Members in Texas to serve drinks, greet guests, and keep the store clean. You’ll work 7am–3pm on weekdays, with a fun, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth.

Earn up to $12–$14 per hour including tips, plus discounted drinks and cookies. Prior restaurant experience is a plus; a food handler’s permit is required or obtainable. Join a welcoming team that values positivity and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Food handler's permit required or ability to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless, and perform deep cleaning as needed.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Handle to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
