Job summary

Swig is seeking daytime team members in Humble, TX to craft drinks, greet guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You’ll follow procedures to ensure quality and a friendly atmosphere. Training is provided, and flexible hours support school or other commitments.

The role includes prep, stocking, and assisting with to-go orders, with tips included in pay. A 16+ age requirement and a food handler permit are needed, with restaurant experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Daytime shifts 7am–3pm on weekdays.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless and clean.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and specials to enhance the customer experience.
