Chick-fil-A East Wichita is hiring a daytime Team Member to support an independent Owner/Operator and deliver a welcoming dining experience with the signature Chick-fil-A 2nd Mile service and hot, fresh food.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with pay ranging from $10 to $14 per hour. Benefits include a fun work environment, flexible scheduling, Sundays closed, free meals, health vision dental insurance for those who qualify, and 401k options.

Responsibilities

Serve guests with care at Front Counter and Drive Thru.

Complete in-house training and follow Chick-fil-A policies.

Front of House Responsibilities

Serve the guests with care!
Be knowledgeable of the menu, systems and processes for all positions on Front Counter and Drive Thru.
Keep the Front Counter/Dining Room neat, clean and orderly at all times
Willing to work outside to take Drive Thru orders.

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes

Back of House Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
Provide quick, accurate and fresh products for the guests.
Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, guidelines and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
