Chick-fil-A East Springfield is seeking daytime Team Members to join a people-focused, fast-paced environment. Roles include both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible daytime schedules and Sundays closed, plus scholarship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, building connections, following brand standards, and safely preparing food while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Training and advancement are emphasized by a locally owned Operator.

Looking for Daytime Team Members! Daytime hours are between 5:30 AM and 4 PM. At Chick-fil-A East Springfield, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
