Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Brockport is seeking Team Members to contribute to a friendly dining experience. Roles include Back of House or Front of House, depending on qualifications, with opportunities to start a leadership path through the restaurant team.

Positions include full-time and part-time options. Applicants must be 18+, available 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, and able to work at least 3 shifts per week from Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Back of House Team Member Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Front of House Team Member Responsibilities: Smile.
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact.
  • Speak Enthusiastically.

Job description

This job requires someone to be at least 18 years old and be available from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM at least for 3 shifts a week (Monday through Saturday).

This role can start in the Back of House or in the Front of House depending on qualifications. Additionally, this role serves as the starting point for all team members in the restaurant.
