Job summary

Swig Murphy is hiring daytime team members to support a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will craft drinks and food, greet guests, and keep the dining area clean while ensuring safety and quality. You will assist with prep, stocking, to-go orders, and maintain rotation and cleanliness.

Earn up to $12-14/hr including tips, with discounted drinks and cookies, flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a fun team-driven culture. Must be 16+ and reliable for a weekday 7am–3pm shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining rooms and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging.
• Handle to-go and delivery orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain food rotation and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Daytime Team Members must able to work between 7am-3pm on weekdays.

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus!
