Job summary

Swig Baytown Plaza is hiring daytime Team Members to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep the dining area spotless. You will handle prep, stocking, and staging to support a fast-paced environment, while delivering excellent service and following Swig’s procedures.

Must be at least 16 years old with a food handler's permit. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is expected for this role in Baytown, TX.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining areas clean and organized, including tables and common spaces.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and rotate stock as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to hit goals and create a positive atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and help customers discover favorites.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Daytime Team Members must able to work between 7am-3pm on weekdays.
