Chick-fil-A Blue Springs is looking for reliable Team Members who are consistently available to work during the daytime on weekdays.

This position is a great opportunity for parents, caregivers, retirees, individuals with flexible daytime availability, or anyone looking for a career or part-time job while others are in school.

Please Note:

We are specifically looking for applicants who are available to work Monday through Friday during the daytime. This is not a weekend-only position.

If you are a student whose daytime availability is primarily limited to weekends or school breaks, this position may not be the best fit; but we would love for you to explore our other Team Member opportunities!

What Does a Daytime Shift Look Like?

We offer flexible scheduling with shifts available between 5:45 AM and 5:00 PM.

Examples of potential shifts include:

• 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
• 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
• 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
• 5:45 AM-2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM-2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 2:00 PM-5:00 PM

We work with Team Members to create schedules based on restaurant needs and your consistent availability.
