Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support franchise operations and run shifts with independence. You will contribute to smooth service, uphold standards, and assist the restaurant team under store management supervision.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and strong math/analytical abilities, with physical stamina for lifting and standing. Background checks and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
