Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Westlake, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and lead a team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred in some locations)

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a clean, safe store environment.
