Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team at Mount Pleasant, SC. You will help greet guests, ferry items between kitchen and dining room, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

We value reliability, teamwork, and hospitality-minded individuals who can work Sundays and weekday lunch shifts. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential for our growing team.

Qualifications

• Must have Sunday morning and Weekday lunchtime availability.
• At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they are seated and respond to guest requests, communicating with the server as needed.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages and clearing tables.
• Transport soiled dishes to the dish room and reset tabletops between seatings.
• Loster? act as liaison between kitchen and dining room to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
