HomeGrown, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is hiring a Server for our daytime eatery. You will deliver food and drinks, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming, upbeat dining experience. Candidates should be able to relay orders through a state-of-the-art POS system and assist in table maintenance to support smooth service.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a desire to care for others. The role involves standing and moving throughout shifts with a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, attentive service.
• Ability to greet guests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Comfort interacting with guests and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Experience relaying orders to bar/kitchen via POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make recommendations regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the Nigel POS system.
• Observe and serve guests, responding to any needs and requests.
• Present guest checks to each table.
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables.
