Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a School Nurse/RN in the Trenton, NJ area to support student health in a school setting. The role requires an active NJ RN license, fingerprinting for the NJ Department of Education, and the ability to collaborate with school staff, families, and students.

The position offers work hours typically 8:00am–3:00pm, with long-term and per diem opportunities. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour and the company emphasizes growth and professional opportunities

Qualifications

Willing to get fingerprinted by NJ Department of Education Fingerprints.
RN License in the State of NJ.
Ability to work professionally with school personnel, parents and children.
Able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR certification.
Willing to obtain a substitute school nurse certification prior to starting.

Responsibilities

Support student success by providing health care through assessment, intervention, and follow-up for all children within the school setting.
Address the physical, mental, emotional, and social health needs of students and support their achievement in the learning process.
