Taher, Inc. is hiring a utility worker for day shifts in Oklahoma. You will wash dishes, sweep and mop, assist with food service tasks, and maintain a clean, safe work area. No nights and no weekends, with guaranteed hours and opportunities for advancement.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, following safety guidelines, and teamwork. Training is provided, and uniforms and PPE are supplied as part of a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written directions.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in standing position for long periods.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-starter that can work independently.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed
• Be on time
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team
