Qualifications

• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC) is required.

• One year of custodial or maintenance-related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned school facilities to maintain a sanitary, safe and attractive environment.
• Removes spots from floors, walls, woodwork, furniture and fixtures and cleans chalkboards and erasers.
• Maintains floors and sidewalks for safety and proper maintenance of facilities.
• Arranges tables, chairs, desks, and other furniture for classroom activities and events.
• Maintains supplies and equipment and services soap dispensers and towels.
• Operates cleaning machines and equipment required for custodial work.
• Secure campus by checking doors and windows and reporting maintenance needs.
• Gathers and disposes of rubbish and debris; performs other custodial duties as needed.
