Metz Culinary Management is hiring cooks for the Scranton Prepatory School campus, Scranton, PA. Roles include line and prep cook duties on a Monday–Friday daylight schedule with holidays, summers off.

Training is available; experience is helpful, and reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities include frying station work, daily prep, adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience is desired but training available for motivated individuals.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to inventory and portion ingredients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the fry station during high-volume meal service.
