Job summary

SpringHill Suites in the Charlotte/Ballantyne area is hiring a part-time Housekeeping Room Attendant. You will work from 8am to 4pm with weekday and weekend availability required. The role focuses on maintaining clean guestrooms with attentive and friendly service to all guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning guestrooms to standards, restocking carts, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Daily pay is available after shifts, offering flexible access to wages.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Must be able to stand for long periods during shift.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties including supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report missing items.
• Notify supervisor/manager of maintenance repairs.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
