Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant operations
• Ability to supervise both kitchen and dining room
• Food safety certification and safe food handling knowledge
• Mentor and coach team members daily
• Drive guest satisfaction and sales by following standards

Responsibilities

• Learn and uphold You First culture and core values
• Oversee daily restaurant operations with high standards
• Ensure recipes and quality control are followed
• Meet or exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
• Coach staff on the Five Steps of Service at every table
• Apply the 10 Commitments in daily practice
• Address customer and employee concerns promptly
• Maintain safety, security and asset protection
• Recruit and interview candidates to join the team
• Complete admin duties and timely paperwork
