As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you’ll supervise kitchen operations and dining, drive sales goals, and implement the brand’s service standards while coaching staff daily.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in food safety.
• Experience supervising kitchen operations and the dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports our You First culture and core values.
• Puts supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan with high standards.
• Understands recipes must be followed to source great food.
• Knows restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them.
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Understands the 10 Commitments and applies them.
• Responds quickly to customer and employee concerns, taking ownership of issues.
• Communicates and takes ownership of repair and maintenance issues.
• Keeps company assets secure, including computers, POS, security systems and equipment.
• Understands the duties of every restaurant position.
• Prevents inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed.
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily.
• Recognizes outstanding performance.
• Accounts for daily revenues and deposits.
• Completes admin duties and submits paperwork on time.
