Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate in-home caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities and community outings to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule to fit your life. Weekly pay and a virtual interview process are offered to help you get started.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in clients' homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and community outings.
• Support overall goals and wellbeing in Southeast Michigan.
