Qualifications

• Experience in food service or prep cook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and portion foods according to recipes.
• Prepare and package meals for daycare center clients.
• Monitor cooking processes and load/unload ovens.
• Maintain HACCP standards and clean, sanitary kitchen.
• Label, date, rotate food (FIFO) and restock supplies.
• Support CACFP meal production and meal pattern adherence.
• Receive deliveries and manage inventory as needed.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
