Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is hiring a PRN Operating Room Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Carrollton.

The RN will provide nursing care during surgical cases, including positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case to support the surgical team. Welcome to a high‑quality ambulatory surgical environment where safety, efficiency and compassionate care are priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient for surgery and ensuring comfort.
• Preparing the patient and maintaining sterile field.
• Circulating the surgical case and assisting the team.
