Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Franklin, TN is seeking a Back of House Team Member for day shifts. Located inside CoolSprings Galleria, starting pay is $16 per hour with full-time and part-time options. No Sundays; Monday–Saturday scheduling with opportunities for advancement and leadership development.

You will help prepare fresh, high-quality food, learn kitchen station roles, stock inventory, and keep a clean, organized kitchen. Training is provided to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to consistently work daytime shifts, including lunch hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Willingness to learn and follow systems and procedures
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment
• Stay updated on new products and menu items
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned
