Chick-fil-A in Franklin, TN is hiring a Back of House Team Member for a fast-paced mall kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and present food to high standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with shifts from 9am–9pm. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays nights is required. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and maintain organized storage.
• Maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment.
• Stay updated on new products and menu items and prep accordingly.
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
