Job Description:

This position involves working as a crew member to create cleaner and healthier environments for our clients' buildings and grounds by performing the following duties. Other duties may also be assigned:

• Perform all cleaning duties using provided products, tools, and procedures (sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, furniture and equipment moving).
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required.
• Work flexibly in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, be dependable, in uniform, and punctual.
• Respect co-workers and customers.
• Complete all required training.
• Understand and execute cleaning plans efficiently.
• Manage time effectively within budget using our system.
• Report incidents to your supervisor.

Preferences: Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
• On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility and ability to work quickly in a multitasked environment are essential.
