Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
2. Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment.
3. Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required.
4. The ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, and manage multi-tasked jobs is a must.
5. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
6. Respect and understand co-workers and customers.
7. Complete all assigned training as needed.
8. Understand and execute a given cleaning plan in a timely manner.
9. Possess time management skills while maintaining within budget using our time management system.
10. Report all incidents to direct supervisor. Bilingual a Plus: Spanish and English.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.

Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.

Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
