Job summary

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC in Wallace, MI is seeking a full-time Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and the flow of materials for our plastics equipment manufacturing operation. You will lead the inventory team, manage ERP transactions, and coordinate daily priorities to meet project deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, cycle counts, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have associate degree or 1–3 years inventory control experience and supervisory exposure.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ERP software and physical inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee movement of materials to meet project deadlines.
• Manage picking schedule, inventory software, and inventory staff.
• Record materials issued/returned using ERP, conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organized inventory area and ensure safety procedures are followed.
