Job summary

Senior Helpers seeks caring in-home caregivers in Boca Raton to provide one-on-one personal care, helping clients stay safe and independent in their homes. You will engage clients in activities, assist with meals and daily living, and report updates to families and supervisors.

Qualifications include C.N.A/HHA certification preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. We value compassion, clear communication, and teamwork, with flexible, meaningful work that makes a difference.

Qualifications

• C.N.A or HHA certification preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a PLUS - Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated compassion and strong customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care to help clients remain safe and independent.
• Engage clients in conversations and activities to support quality of life.
• Assist with daily living tasks including walking, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Report activities completed and updates on clients' condition to families or supervisors.
• Document changes and communicate any concerns promptly.
