Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Treasure Coast South in Jupiter, FL seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide or CNA to support seniors in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence. You will assist with daily living, medication reminders, mobility and transfers, provide companionship, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to meet each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• Current certification as HHA or CNA is required.
• 3+ years of elder-care experience, including dementia or Parkinson's care.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed.
• Support mobility and transfers, including wheelchair use.
• Provide companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete light chores.
• Collaborate with care team to tailor individualized care plans.
• Document progress and communicate with family and healthcare providers.
