As a cleaner, you will travel to clients' homes, clean all rooms, use provided supplies, and work with a small team on larger projects. Paid training is provided, and there are no nights, weekends, or major holidays.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet during shifts.
• Works well independently and with a team.
• Flexible weekday availability. Start times typically range 7:00am–9:00am; finish around 3:00pm–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes throughout the northwest suburbs using your own transportation.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks like baseboards and window sills.
• Work independently and with others on larger cleaning projects.
• All cleaning supplies, equipment, and training are provided by Happy Maids.
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff.

What You'll Do Each Day

• Travel to clients' homes throughout the northwest suburbs using your own reliable transportation
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Perform occasional detail cleaning such as baseboards, window sills, and other deep-cleaning tasks
• Work independently in smaller homes and with other team members on larger cleaning projects
• All cleaning supplies, equipment, and training are provided by Happy Maids
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
• Report damages, maintenance concerns, or client requests

Training & Support

• Paid training provided
• New employees work alongside an experienced trainer
• Training typically lasts 1–3 weeks depending on experience level
• No professional cleaning experience required
