What You'll Do Each Day

• Travel to clients’ homes throughout the northwest suburbs using your own reliable transportation
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Perform occasional detail cleaning such as baseboards, window sills, and other deep‑cleaning tasks
• Work independently in smaller homes and with other team members on larger cleaning projects
• Use all cleaning supplies, equipment, and training provided by Happy Maids
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
• Report damages, maintenance concerns, or client requests

Training & Support

Paid training is provided. New employees work alongside an experienced trainer. Training typically lasts 1–3 weeks depending on experience level. No professional cleaning experience is required.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Friendly, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Able to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet during shifts
• Works well independently and with a team
• Flexible weekday availability
• Work schedules are assigned Monday‑Friday. Start times typically range from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, and most team members finish between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm

Service Area

We clean homes throughout Barrington, Crystal Lake, Cary, Lake Zurich, Algonquin, Hoffman Estates, and surrounding northwest suburbs.
