The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-only restaurant group seeking energetic team members for breakfast, brunch, and lunch service at our Brick Township location. Greet guests, seat them, manage seating rotations, and handle to-go orders with a friendly, efficient approach.

Responsibilities include keeping the host area tidy, assisting servers, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout shifts. Growth opportunities and a supportive team await in NJ, PA, DE locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation.
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary.
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests.
• Wipe and set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables.
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy.
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift.
