Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field is required.
• Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats.
• Familiarity with treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches.
