Job summary

Taher, Inc. is hiring a PT Grill Cook for Tuesday through Thursday daytime shifts at our Eden Prairie, MN location. No nights or weekends. You will prepare meals, follow recipes and safety guidelines, and maintain clean and organized workstations.

Responsibilities include serving guests with a friendly attitude, operating a meat slicer, and complying with FIFO and production sheets while delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation with daily lunch provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in the food industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment.
• Do simple arithmetic.
• Be able to lift 30 Lbs.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
• Execute recipes to the letter
• Follow all food safety and sanitation expectations
• Follows and completes production sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
• Set up and tear down of workstation

• Understands and utilizes FIFO
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling
