Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a grill cook for daytime hours Monday through Friday in Minnesota. This role emphasizes high-quality guest service, precise recipe execution, and strict adherence to food safety.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, manage production sheets, and maintain a clean, organized workstation while following FIFO and safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in the food industry, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in the food industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
• Do simple arithmetic
• Able to follow oral and written directions
• Be able to lift 30 Lbs.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
• Execute recipes to the letter
• Follow all food safety and sanitation expectations
• Follows and completes production sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
• Set up and tear down of workstation
• Polite and professional communication style
• Understands and utilizes FIFO
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling
• All other duties as requested by the leadership team
