Job summary

DTK Facility Services LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and functionality during business hours, handle quick cleaning tasks, and respond to immediate needs in office, school, or commercial spaces.

The role requires a reliable, punctual, and customer-focused individual who can work independently or with a team, follow health and safety guidelines, and communicate in English (Spanish bilingual strongly preferred). Mon-Fri: 7:00am-12:00pm.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for communication with occupants and visitors.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail in daily cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with customer-facing duties.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Follows health and safety guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Dust and wipe desks, windowsills, and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies.
• Empty trash/recycling and replace liners.
• Clean windows, doors, and mirrors.
• Other duties as needed.
