Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in cleaning or facility tasks.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with strong customer service.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for facility users for cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, etc.
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling, replace liners.
• Clean windows, doors and mirrors.
• Perform other duties as needed.
