Job summary

Reports to the Director of Building and Grounds and leads custodial and maintenance staff to keep facilities safe and clean. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing preventive maintenance, operating HVAC and security systems, and using the work order system to document tasks and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First class boiler license or ability to obtain within timeline.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and oversee building maintenance.
• Operate and monitor HVAC, security, and energy systems.
• Prepare rooms for events and maintain cleanliness.
• Use work order and building control systems to document tasks.
• Ensure safety and respond to alarms per district guidelines.
