Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain a clean facility. The role involves general cleaning, floor care, restroom upkeep, trash removal, and basic repairs as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and US work authorization are required.

The position expects reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently or with a team, and who can handle shifting priorities during events or meetings. 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.

• Comfort with using basic cleaning materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist setting up and taking down equipment for events or meetings.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
