Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Westminster, MD. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA, while collecting data on progress and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has an RBT certification or is willing to obtain it. A High School Diploma is required, with some college preferred, and reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22- $27/hour
• Part-Time: 12 hours/week
• Shifts: Daytime 11am-3pm Tuesday-Thursday
• Additional Shift Option: Monday and Wednesday 3-5
• Location: Westminster, MD 21158
