Job summary

Roseville Area Schools is seeking an Elementary Nutrition Manager to join our school meals program. The role supports breakfast and lunch operations, oversees kitchen staff, and ensures compliance with state and federal nutrition standards. Hours are 7:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m., 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, for 9 months per school year. The position requires MSNA Level 4 within 2 years of hire, ServSafe and CFPM certificates within 90 days, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• The minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Food handling experience is preferred.
• MSNA certification Level 4 is required within 2 years of hire.
• ServSafe Certification and Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen operations and staff to ensure smooth meals service.
• Verify that duties comply with state and federal regulations and quality standards.
• Estimate daily meals and verify students are properly fed.
• Order and prepare produce, food, milk, commodities, and supplies.
• Oversee student financial accounts and operate the point of sale system.
